DescriptionMaterial:Steel or stainless steel.Version:Electro zinc-plated steel.
Bright stainless steel.Note:DIN 5686 knotted chains are mainly used to prevent loss. They are used to reliably secure components, tools and equipment against accidental dropping or loss. They are ideal for making locks, pins or loose components captive, especially in industrial, craft and technical areas.
Knotted chains comprise of interconnected, evenly shaped round wire links with a characteristic knot form. Their design makes them ideal for retaining, securing and fastening purposes. However, they are not permitted for lifting or slinging loads.Technical data:The length is a nominal dimension with a tolerance of ±20 mm.Assembly:DIN 5686 knotted chains are not classified and have no tested permissible load for lifting or slinging purposes. They are not graded. They are therefore not permitted for lifting loads or as hoist slings.On request:Other lengths in 1 metre increments. Minimum length 1 metre. Maximum length in one piece 30 metres (steel), 50 metres (stainless steel).
