Tracks of the profile guide rail, inductively hardened and ground.Note:Compact and flexible linear actuator with ball screw. The body consists of a self-supporting hard anodised aluminium profile with integrated profile guide rail. This rail system absorbs highest forces from all directions, is low-wear, and offers optimised running properties for moving large masses. It enables high performance features such as high speeds and very high positioning and repeat accuracies. They can be easily combined to create multiple systems.

A precision ball screw tolerance class ISO 7 with reduced axial backlash of the ball screw nut is used in the linear actuators. A cover strip made of corrosion-resistant steel protects all parts in the profile from dust and other soiling.

There are slots on the outside of the aluminium profile for easy and secure installation of the profile and for attaching accessories such as sensors.

There are tapped holes and additional centring holes on the side and top of the slide. Other connecting elements can be precisely mounted on the slide in combination with our centring rings 20240.

Lubrication holes (DIN 3405D flush type grease nipples) are provided on both sides of the slide to lubricate the ball screw and the rail guide.Technical data:The load specifications apply to dynamic loads.

All dynamic torques and load ratings given in the table are theoretical values. A safety factor is not taken into account. The safety factor depends on the application and the required safety. A safety factor fs = 5 is recommended.Temperature range:0 °C to +60 °C.On request:Other lengths (see table for max. length and travel).
