This version is optimised for precise adjustment and positioning tasks.

It is fitted with a bidirectional brake. This ensures high braking forces in both directions. They are not really intended for manual adjustment.

They are suitable for adjustment units, linear actuators and positioning in machine construction and industry. Material:Housing plastic.
Thrust tube steel.Note:The spindle drive is based on an electromechanical drive system that automates and precisely controls linear movements. An integrated electric motor drives a piston rod via a spindle system, which in turn generates extension and retraction movements. This technology enables controlled lifting, lowering, opening, closing and retaining – even with heavy loads. Sensors and control electronics ensure millimetre precision positioning, smooth motion sequences and maximum repeat accuracy. The system can optionally be combined with gas springs to provide passive load balancing, thereby ensuring greater energy efficiency, safety and comfort – the drive can also be easily adjusted manually, e.g. during a power cut.

The spindle drive is designed for use in industrial environments. It impresses with a robust design and smooth operation. It is particularly suitable for applications that place high demands on reliability, durability and motion quality.

A built-in thermal switch ensures an automatic switch off for the motor in the event of overheating. The activation temperature is +120 °C.
