Ideally used as an fixed point clamp, where the pipe is squeezed between the clamp halves. The gap (S) between the clamp halves ensures the appropriate tension when tightening.

The upper and lower clamp halves are identical. Supplied in pairs.Technical data:The specified screw tightening torques refer to installation with a cover plate and DIN EN ISO 4014/4017 hex head screws.

The axial pipe retaining force (according to DIN 3015, part 10) is an average value obtained from three tests at +23 °C with a DIN EN 10220 St37 steel pipe with a rolled surface, for which static friction is assumed. When the pipe clamp is loaded in the axial pipe axis with the specified pipe retaining force (F), the pipe will not slide in the pipe clamp.Temperature range:-30 °C to +90 °CAssembly:The recommended clamp spacings (A) are guidelines and apply to static loads.

Pipe bends: When installing pipe bends, the clamps must be placed directly in front of and behind the bend.

Fittings: The first clamp should be mounted immediately after the fitting to isolate the fitting from vibrations.

Valves: If valves are integrated into the pipeline, a clamp should be fitted in front of and behind the valve.Special features:
